The lady in the office was very helpful to me and my family. The storage unit was the right size for my belongings and was clean. She told us where to find it and also took me to it. Also let us use a dolly to help move my stuff from the uhaul to the unit.

I made a reservation online for a small unit but when I got there I realized I need one a little bit bigger after I had already did my paperwork on the one I reserved online the store manager Gabriella was super nice and understanding about everything. I was having this wonderful conversation what the person behind the desk and our conversation, which I thought would last no more than 5 minutes actually last for about the good 30 minutes. She was telling me about all the different specials as well as other points of interest. It is that kind of personality that is lacking in business is nowadays and I enjoy the moment. Lastly this person behind the desk happens to be the manager of the facility. It is that personality that resonate especially during these uncertain times. Keep it up. And thank you for the survey. You should do this throughout the person's residency at this facility.Lastly, any new area of improvement I will suggest is to send out a reminder text, just to ensure a payment is made on the appropriate date if not sooner.
